Clinical Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Clinical Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts, establishing relationships with prospective and existing accounts, and contributing to the overall success of our mission-focused organization. Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Collaborate closely with the sales team to establish and nurture relationships with prospects and existing accounts. By leveraging your clinical expertise, you will effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products, fostering trust and credibility.

  • Message Enhancement and Product Adoption: Work in collaboration with the team to refine messaging strategies and enhance product adoption. Your clinical insights and knowledge will contribute to developing compelling narratives and positioning our products as solutions that address critical healthcare challenges.

  • Clinical Study Support: Provide valuable support in conducting clinical studies. You will assist in organizing and coordinating study activities, ensuring compliance with protocols, and collecting relevant data. Additionally, you will establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in your assigned territory to facilitate study participation and garner their endorsement.

Requirements
  • Sales-Minded Clinical Professional: Possess a sales-oriented mindset with the ability to effectively engage with customers and influence their decision-making processes. Your courage and confidence will be instrumental in building strong relationships and driving successful sales outcomes.

  • Mission-Focused: Demonstrate a passion for improving healthcare outcomes and share our commitment to our mission. Your dedication to making a difference in patients' lives will be invaluable in driving our organization forward.

  • Relevant Clinical Experience: Bring substantial experience in relevant clinical areas, enabling you to speak confidently about our products and their impact on patient care. Your expertise will instill trust and credibility among healthcare professionals.

  • Previous Industry Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a sales or clinical support role, will be advantageous. Familiarity with the dynamics of the healthcare market will help you navigate customer interactions effectively.

  • Travel Availability: Be prepared for extensive travel, estimated at 60% or more, to effectively engage with prospects, customers, and participate in conferences and events. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to varying schedules and locations.

  • Geographic Proximity: Ideally, you should be centrally located near a major airport, preferably in a large healthcare market. This will enable convenient travel and accessibility to our target customer base.
